RFP #18-044 - South Platte Wells Transmission Line Design Services

The City of Brighton, Colorado by and through its Procurement & Contracts Division is soliciting written sealed proposals from qualified firms for design services for the South Platte Wells Transmission Line for the City.  The City intends to design and construct a 24-inch diameter raw water transmission line from its South Platte Wells to the Reverse Osmosis Water Treatment Plant (RO Plant). The new line will function redundantly with the existing transmission line, ensuring that even in the event of a line break, the RO Plant will still receive delivery of raw water. The scope of work also includes a hydraulic analysis of the proposed raw water transmission system and the design of a separate 12-inch diameter drinking water main.
