The City of Brighton, Colorado by and through its Division of Procurement and Contracts is soliciting written sealed proposals from qualified firms to provide Utility Billing Software for the City of Brighton. The City of Brighton is soliciting proposals for a utility billing software package that will service the billing needs of its three utility systems: water, wastewater, and stormwater.
