Summary of Specifications:
The City of Cherry Hills Village will receive sealed bids at the City's office located in the Village Center, 2450 East Quincy Avenue, Cherry Hills Village, Colorado 80113, until 2:00 p.m., local time, Wednesday, May 7, 2014 for the 2014 Street Improvement Programs Concrete Replacement Project. All work is located in the City of Cherry Hills Village, and consists of constructing approximately 171.5 yards of concrete at various locations within the City as specified. Bids must be prepared in accordance with the provisions of this Advertisement, the Instruction to Bidders and other related documents collectively known and referred to as the Contract Documents.
