Summary of Specifications:
Project Description : 1. Construct approximately 7,300 square yards of 3/8 inch chip seal (bottoms) on seven (7) cul-de-sac’s. Construct approximately 103,276 square yards of ¼ inch chip seal and fog seal on twenty-four (24) streets and seven (7) cul-de-sac’s (tops). Only the seven cul-de-sac’s will receive a double chip. 2. S. Clarkson St. (from E. Belleview Ave. north to E. Hampden Ave., Hwy 285). Construct approximately 33,066 square yards of cape seal, OR construct approximately 33,066 square yards of double chip seal (3/8 inch bottom, and ¼ inch top, plus fog seal). The City would like the S. Clarkson Ave. project bid both in cape seal and double chip products.
