ITB-JS-PM 2015-02 - 2015 CONCRETE FLATWORK REPAIR

Summary of Specifications:
Description of the Work The work to be performed under this contract includes removal of concrete pavement, curb and gutter, concrete curb ramps, asphalt ramps, and sidewalk, cleaning of designated areas, installation of sidewalk, crosspan concrete pavement, curb and gutter, concrete curb ramps, and related work, as shown in Exhibit A. The Contractor shall supply all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to complete the work in accordance with these specifications. The Contractor will be required to coordinate construction activities with the City, HOAs and Metro Districts, as applicable. 

The concrete flatwork repairs shall take place between no sooner than July 1, 2015 but must be substantially complete by October 2, 2015. Work In the RED area shown in EXHIBIT A must be completed by August 14, 2015.
