Summary of Specifications:
Description of the Work The work to be performed under this contract includes removal of concrete pavement, cleaning of designated areas, mud jacking of concrete pavement panels, installation of concrete pavement, and related work, as shown in Exhibits A and B. The Contractor shall supply all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to complete the work in accordance with these specifications. The Contractor will be required to coordinate construction activities with the City, HOAs and Metro Districts, as applicable. The concrete panel repairs shall take place between no sooner than July 13, 2015 but must be substantially complete by October 2, 2015.
