Summary of Specifications:
The City of Commerce City is seeking a qualified contractor to construct 2016 Slurry Seal and Pavement Repair, Project No. 2016-01-PM. All Work must be completed within 90 Calendar days of the issuance of a Notice to Proceed. Sealed bids will be received at the Municipal Services Complex, 8602 Rosemary Street, Commerce City, CO 80022, until 2:00 p.m. MT, Thursday, July 07, 2016, at which time bids will be publicly opened and read.
