Summary of Specifications:
The City of Commerce City is seeking a qualified contractor to construct Chambers Bridge Widening, Project No. 2015-02-PW. All Work must be completed within 70 Calendar days of the issuance of a Notice to Proceed. Sealed bids will be received at the Municipal Service Center, 8602 Rosemary Street, Commerce City, CO 80022, until 3:00 p.m. MT, Friday, July 08, 2016, at which time bids will be publicly opened and read. Bidders are invited, but are not required, to attend the bid opening. Questions or comments regarding this RFB must be received in writing no later than 5:00 PM on Wednesday, June 29, 2016, 2015, by James Newberry, P.E. at 8602 Rosemary Street, Commerce City, CO 80022 or jnewberry@c3gov.com.
