Description

The City of Commerce City (“City”) is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors
(“Respondents”) to create a Commerce City Parks, Recreation and Golf Master Plan (Master Plan), as
described in this Request for Proposals (“RFP”). The selected Respondent is expected to provide
consultant services to create a Parks, Recreation and Golf Master Plan, as more fully detailed in
the Scope of Services section of this RFP (“Services”). The intent of this solicitation is to
complete a Master Plan that is a comprehensive plan for the Parks, Recreation and Golf
Department for the next ten years.
