ITB-SH-ST-001 - Dust Abatement

Summary of Specifications:
The City of Commerce City (the “City”) is soliciting bids from qualified Contractors to provide services for the purchase and application of approximately 13,265 gallons of Dust Suppressant material on City dirt roads (the “Project”). All quantities stated are estimates. The quantities provided are for bid pricing only and shall not be construed as guaranteed purchase quantities. Prices bid shall be good for a fifteen (15) month period from September 1, 2014 through December 31, 2015, regardless of the quantity purchased. Alternative material may be considered at the sole discretion of the City.
