Summary of Specifications:
The following is a list of minimum tasks that shall be provided by the Contractor:
1. Prepare a Wetlands delineation including the boundaries of open water, streambeds, and wetlands associated with the O’Brian Canal, Burlington Ditch, and Second Creek in conformance with Section 404 of the Federal Clean Water Act (CWA). 2. Conduct and prepare a Cultural Resources Survey in accordance with Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act of 1966, as amended (NHPA)(36 CFR Part 800), which entails evaluating potential adverse effects on historic properties. Any cultural resource identified would be assessed for its potential and eligibility to be listed in the National Register of Historic Places (NHRP) per 36 CFR 60.4 of the NHPA. 3. Conduct an evaluation of the Project site for potential impacts to endangered or threatened species in conformance with the Federal Endangered Species Act (ESA) of 1973, as amended, (16 U.S.C. 1531 et seq.). 4. Advise the City and its consultants in site design, permit processing, construction and close-out of the Second Creek Park, the 112th Avenue improvements and other capital projects as needed. 5. Other tasks of a similar nature upon written request by the City.
