RFP-AF-PK-2016-08 - On Demand Vault Restroom Pumping Services

Summary of Specifications:
The City of Commerce City (“City”) is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors (“Respondents”) to provide on demand vault restroom pumping services at various City buildings and facilities, as described in this Request for Proposals (“RFP”). The response to this RFP (a “Proposal”) should serve as a complete approach to providing the Services. The objective is for Respondents to submit sufficient information to allow the City to select one or more Respondents to provide the Services on a non-exclusive basis and to enter into one or more contracts for a three (3) year period. The selected Respondent(s) will be expected to enter into a Master Service Agreement (Attachment A) with the City consistent with the terms of this RFP. Submission requirements and deadlines are detailed in Section 6 of this RFP:
