The City of Commerce City (“City”) is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors (“Respondents”) to repair multiple trail washouts and improve drainage at Prairie Gateway Open Space using a combination of erosion control measures, as described in this Request for Proposals (“RFP”). The selected Respondent is expected to repair the soft surface trail, remediate the erosion along the slope adjacent to the trail, and design/install a long-term solution for drainage to prevent future erosion, as more fully detailed in the Scope of Services section of this RFP (“Services”).
