ARTtoSMARTEscalanteUnderpass - ART to SMART 160 Connection-Escalante Drive Underpass Project

The City of Durango Parks and Recreation Department is seeking to construct a section of Animas River Trail (ART) to SMART 160 connection, including a pedestrian underpass of the planned extension of Escalante Drive in the immediate vicinity of the proposed Rocket Apartments and north of the Durango Home Depot store.  The project will include approximately 980 lineal feet of 10’-0” wide concrete trail, an 84’-0” long pedestrian underpass, MSE retaining walls, boulder retaining walls, drainage, steel guardrails, and trail lighting.
