Description

The City of Durango, Colorado is issuing a Request for Professional Services (RFPS) from qualified firms or individuals (Proposer) with demonstrated experience in Architect and Engineering. For this request, the term “bid’ refers to the proposal and “bidder” refers to the proposer.
The City of Durango is seeking proposals from Architects and Professional Engineering firms for development of an on-call list for the City to use when in need of assistance on small projects. The City encourages firms that specialize in the discipline of, Architecture, Landscape Architecture, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering and Surveyors. The City reserves the right to bid any project, regardless of the project cost for services when it is deemed in the best interest of the City. Architects and Engineers shall be licensed in the State of Colorado for the discipline(s) that they are proposing.

Additional Bidding Instructions

One electronic version of the submittal shall be delivered via Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing System, www.bidnetdirect.com/colorado. All electronic copies shall be submitted as a single pdf file, labeled with the name of the firm, twenty (20) pages max. Submittals shall be organized in the order listed in the RFPS.
Successful Contractor must have or obtain a City Business License when doing business with the City.
Successful Contractor must complete a W-9 form (Taxpayer Identification No.) when awarded the project.
The City of Durango is exempt from all local, state, and federal taxes.
The City of Durango reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
A Business Information Questioner form (attached herein) must be completed and returned with the bid.
