1. Submission of Bids
a. Division 2 of the Contract Documents shall be completed and submitted in its entirety, in order for the bid to be considered responsive.
b. Qualifications shall be furnished as described in the General Conditions, Section 002, with the bid proposal.
c. Bids are to be submitted via Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing System, www.bidnetdirect.com/colorado.
d. Date/Time: Bids shall be received on or before: Thursday, March 27th, 2025, at 2:00 p.m.,(MT) via Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing System, www.bidnetdirect.com/colorado.
e. Bidding documents must be downloaded from Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing (www.bidnetdirect.com/colorado). Bidders must register on the site but there is an option for free registration.
f. Bid Bond is required at the time of bid. The Bid Bond will be 5% of the total Bid Price.
g. The City of Durango reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any informalities and minor irregularities in bids, and to accept the bid deemed, in the opinion of the City, to be in the best interest of the City.
