Description

The City of Durango invites interested, qualified persons or firms, capable of providing the required service to submit bids for the treatment of unwanted vegetation on City-owned property, City rights of way, and some CDOT rights of way within city limits. All work in CDOT rights of way must comply with all CDOT safety and traffic control requirements.
The City of Durango is committed to purchasing environmentally preferable and recycled products. Vendors are encouraged to provide bids on products with recycled content or which meet criteria for environmentally preferable products wherever such products meet the performance criteria specified in bid documents.
Award shall be made on an "All or None" basis
