There will be a Mandatory on-site pre-bid conference at 10:00 A.M. MST (Local Time) on April 19, 2021, at the Santa Rita Water Reclamation Facility Administration Building, at 105 S. Camino del Rio Durango, CO 81303, to familiarize bidders with the project. Late arrival or failure to attend the pre-bid meeting will result in disqualification. In response to the COVID pandemic, all attendees at the mandatory pre-bid shall be required to adhere State and Local guidelines, to include wearing a face mask and practicing social distancing.

Additional Bidding Instructions

One (1) electronic copy of each proposal shall be submitted and organized in the format indicated below. Electronic copies shall be submitted as a single .pdf file, labeled with the name of the firm. Proposals shall not exceed 20 pages in length. Page limit shall include all required submittals. Each side of each page containing text or images counts as one page. The minimum font size is 12. The City desires submittals that are clear, concise, and specific to the needs and conditions of this project. All bids are to be submitted on the attached Bid Sheet and Bid Schedule via: www.bidnetdirect.com/colorado. They must be received by May 13, 2021 3:00P.M. (Local Time) prior to bid opening date and time. Late bids will not be accepted. Each contractor shall complete and include the following attached forms with each bid:
Bid Schedule, List of Subcontractors, Statement of Residency Form. Bid Bond 5%. And other required documnets within the bid documents.
