The City of Durango is seeking bids to reduce the continuity of hazardous fuels through hand cutting of vegetation on approximately 36 acres of City-owned lands located in the Durango Wildland Urban Interface (WUI). These 36 acres are linear polygons located in 10 separate units. Attached maps include: (1) the project overview; (2) aerial imagery backgrounds with contour lines to show topography; and (3) treatment-specific map for Unit 1/Overend 1.

Proposals are to be 20 pages maximum front/back minimum #12 font. Any exceptions to the specifications must be attached hereto and made a part of the contract. Retain one copy for your records. Submit bids and questions electronically at: www.bidnetdirect.com/colorado. Successful Bidder must obtain a current City Business License upon award. Successful Bidder must complete a W-9 form (Taxpayer Identification No.) upon award. A statement of residency must be submitted with the proposal.
The Bid Tabulation Sheet must be submitted with the proposal.
The City of Durango reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and minor irregularities in bids received and to accept any portion of the bid or all items proposed if deemed in the best interest of the City of Durango.
