Summary of Specifications:
The objective is to choose a reliable and experienced engineer, landscape architectural, or planning consultant demonstrating related experience in the State of Colorado. The primary purpose of the Parks and Recreation Master Plan is to create clear direction with a set of goals and objectives for City Staff, Parks and Recreation Advisory Board, and the City Council for the improvement and design development, phasing plan, and cost estimates for the City’s four (4) park facilities, open space, trails, recreation facilities, and recreation programs in a comprehensive, timely, and efficient manner. The City desires to complete the individual planning processes by October 31, 2009
