Summary of Specifications:
Furnish all materials, equipment, and incidentals, required to completely furnish, deliver, and field test two submersible pumps for the Washwater Pump Station. The pumps shall be totally submersible, solids handling, non-clog, and screen-less. The pumps shall be mounted on a guide rail system to allow it to be easily removed for inspection or service. Pump speed at design capacity is maximum 900 rpm, maximum solids size 1-in, motor hp 105 (maximum). These pumps will be used to convey wash-water flows from the settling basins and filter backwash processes through the wet well to the reservoir holding and settling ponds. The pumps will be operated by variable frequency drives (VFDs) Pumps shall be Flygt, ABS, Gorman-Rupp or approved equal.
