A mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held on Wednesday, August 11, 2021 at 9:00 AM. MST
The meeting will be located on site at the AWTP and include a site walk along the sludge lagoon. Contractors must request access to the meeting location through the front entry gate call box. The meeting location will be in the main parking lot of the AWTP (See Attachment A). 1500 W. Layton Ave., Englewood, CO 80110.

Contractors will be given the opportunity to obtain samples for the purpose of bidding between the dates of September 13 and September 16, 2021. Contractors may schedule one, 60-minute appointment with project coordinator during City hours to collect samples. The Contractor is responsible for all labor, materials, and equipment to obtain samples. The City will make available the use of its boat. A sample plan must be submitted to the City Procurement Department by 5:00 PM, September 6, 2021. procurement@englewoodco.gov

The Contractor must meet an assigned City staff member upon entry to the facility. The Contactor will not be
allowed unsupervised access to project area or water treatment plant. The Contractor may not ask any
questions to City staff pertaining to the project during the sampling appointment.

Proposals in response to this Solicitation must be submitted prior to 2:00 PM MST, August 31, 2021. The proposal package should be submitted via the following method: Email one (1) electronic version of the proposal via email, with the option of mailing a physical jump drive with the proposal as a backup
