ITB-05-109 - Anaerobic Digester Cleaning Project

Summary of Specifications:
The Littleton/Englewood Wastewater Treatment Plant (L/E WWTP), 2900 South Platte River Drive, Englewood, Colorado 80110, is currently undergoing a Phase II expansion project to address, in part, capacity increase. A portion of this project includes the anaerobic digestion process and will require cleaning of each digester according to the general contractor’s construction schedule. These specifications offer guidelines to furnish all supervision, labor, materials, and equipment for cleaning four existing anaerobic digestion units which are approximately 80 feet in diameter and 30 feet deep with a sludge volume of approximately 1,000,000 gallons.
