Summary of Specifications:
The project includes the installation and maintenance of erosion and sediment control measures, installation of traffic control measures and detours for path users, removal of trees, existing guardrail, asphalt, concrete and other items; construction of new concrete path (10 ft. wide); all earthwork and grading; grouted boulder and riprap installations; construction of reinforced concrete retaining walls; construction of two reinforced concrete low water crossings; construction of a ramp to Broadway, including installation of H-piling, precast double tee sections, reconstruction of a sanitary sewer manhole, cast-in-place concrete retaining wall; and seeding and mulching, planting and restoration of disturbed areas.
