Summary of Specifications:
The project includes the construction of approximately 950 linear feet of concrete path with related earthwork and reinforced concrete retaining walls. Approximately 600 feet of retaining walls in excess of 3 feet in height will be constructed using soil nailing techniques to reinforce the slope for installation of a shotcrete-faced wall. The project also includes traffic control access and staging operations, erosion and sediment control measures, water control measures, miscellaneous removals, earthwork, grading, storm sewer inlets and pipelines for local drainage beneath the path, riprap, grouted boulder edge, site restoration and re-vegetation. There is a 10% UDBE goal for this project. Contractor must be on CDOT’s current list of pre-qualified contractors.
