Summary of Specifications:
Improvements consist of the removal of concrete, existing signal equipment and installation of new traffic signal equipment and replacing the concrete. A general description of the project with detailed plans & specifications will be made available to prospective bidders in the Public Works Department, 1000 Englewood Parkway, Englewood, Colorado 80110 on October 14, 2004, at a cost of $50.00 (non-refundable) per set. No partial sets will be issued. A 5% Bid Bond is required. Contractors must be on CDOT's current list of pre-qualified contractors. The DBE goal for this project is 10%.
