The City of Englewood (City) Utilities Department is seeking qualified Contractors to complete the City Ditch Piping Project.
Construction will involve piping the remaining open channel sections in Reaches 3 and 4. Redesign for Reach 2 is underway, and the City may choose to renew or amend the construction contract to include Reach 2 following design completion and pending Contractor performance on Reaches 3 and 4.

A recommended pre-proposal meeting will be held on Monday, March 10, 2025 @ 1:00 PM MDT at the Littleton Maintenance Center (1800 W Belleview Ave, Littleton, CO 80120). The meeting will begin outside of the Littleton Maintenance Center entrance off of W Sheri Lane. Please park outside of the Littleton Maintenance Center and avoid interfering with any operations taking place. This is a private facility; therefore, this will be the only opportunity to view this area, and we will begin promptly at 1:00 PM. We will not accommodate late participants. All other areas within this project scope of work are publicly accessible, and contractors are encouraged to visit them separately from the pre-proposal meeting.

Proposals in response to this Solicitation must be submitted prior to 2:00 PM MDT, March 27, 2025. Sealed proposals (electronic submissions only) will be received and accepted online via the City of Englewood’s Online Procurement System (https://www.englewoodco.gov/government/city-departments/finance/solicitation-opportunities-awards).

Price proposals must be submitted as a separate file and include a cover sheet, the completed price proposal form (Schedule of Bid Items) and supporting material for the price proposal.
A font similar in size to or larger than Calibri eleven-point (11-pt) must be used for the Price Proposal.
If Contractor recommends Supplemental Services or chooses to include an alternative price for construction within the existing ditch channel overlapping April 1, 2025 through October 31, 2025, this shall be provided as separate line item(s) in the Price Proposal and shall be detailed in the same manner.
