The City of Englewood (City) is seeking a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified professionals (Consultant) to provide consulting services to Englewood small businesses, non-profits, and home-based businesses (Business) to assist their recovery from the economic conditions associated with the 2020/2021 COVID-19 pandemic.
The intent of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to solicit and select various Consultants to enter into an agreement with the City to advise a Business on how to enhance its marketing efforts through various methods. A Business may subsequently apply to the City for grant assistance to fund recommended marketing improvements.
