Summary of Specifications:
It is the intent of the City to purchase a combination cleaning and vacuuming truck. The combination sewer cleaner shall be designed to simultaneous perform cleaning and removal of all liquids and solids from sanitary sewer, storm drain lines, and other conduit. Design of unit shall have the capability of varying water pump pressure separate from the hydraulic fan unit and may incorporate two engines as described in the specifications.
