Description

The City of Englewood (City) Utilities Department is seeking written Qualifications from qualified and experienced contractors to perform cross-connection control survey inspections. The City has 1,544 non-single-family resident customers (NSFR) and is seeking contractor assistance to perform inspections for all customers that do not respond to the City’s request to self-perform the surveys. The exact amount of surveys to be conducted is unknown at this time, but is anticipated to range between 250 to 1,200. Bid amounts shall be submitted based on 250 surveys. The City reserves the right to request additional surveys at the unit cost provided in the bid.
Qualifications will be considered from qualified contractors that are firmly established in the business of backflow prevention and cross-connection control, who are financially responsible, and who have the resources and ability to perform the required services in a professional, safe, and timely manner.

Qualifications in response to this Solicitation must be submitted prior to 2:00 PM MST, February 18, 2022. The Qualification package should be submitted via the following method:
Email one (1) electronic version of the Qualification via email, with the option of mailing a
physical flash drive with the Qualification as a backup to John Slater, the City of Englewood's Procurement Specialist: Finance Department, City of Englewood, 1000 Englewood Parkway, Englewood, CO 80110. procurement@englewoodco.gov
Qualifications must be received by the City's procurement office before the due date and time specified in the RFQ Introduction section. Submitted Qualifications shall include the following information in the subject line and body of the email, along with the Qualification attachment. For delivered Qualifications information shall be provided on the outside of the delivery envelope.
