RFP-15-009 - Englewood Parks and Recreation Master Plan

Summary of Specifications:
The City of Englewood is seeking proposals from qualified design firms to provide professional services to the City to develop a new Englewood Parks & Recreation Master Plan and Pirates Cove Aquatic Park Feasibility and Expansion Plan. The selected design professional for this project will assess, collect and analyze data to develop a clear set of recommendations, goals, policies, standards and preliminary cost estimates for the City’s Parks & Recreation Department suitable for the next 5 to 10 years. The design firm will work closely with City staff, Englewood Parks & Recreation Commission, City Council and citizens in preparing the master plan, feasibility and expansion study.
