Description

The City of Englewood Public Works Department is currently seeking proposals from qualified firms (hereinafter referred to as “Contractor”) able to deliver the required design, materials and installation as described herein. The objective of this RFP is to remove and replace the existing luminaires, wiring, conduit and controls per the requirements specified in this RFP. This work will take place at the Englewood Parking Garage, located adjacent to the Englewood Civic Center at 1000 Englewood Parkway, Englewood, CO 80110. The goal of this proposal is for the successful qualified Contractor to demo the existing lighting in its entirety; and to furnish, install and provide all circuits, conduits, wire, luminaires and additional materials and equipment as needed for a complete and operational system and as specified.

A pre-proposal / site visit (site walk-through) is scheduled for November 30, 2021 at 10:00 am MST. Potential contractors / vendors are to meet for a Q&A (Questions & Answers) session, at the Public Works Conference Room, located on the 3rd Floor of the Civic Center. Check-in at “The Hub”, located on the 3rd Floor for meeting room access. A guided tour of the Parking Garage will be provided after the pre-proposal Q&A session.

Bidders are asked to mark the bid envelope “Parking Garage Lighting Replacement” in the lower left-hand corner with the Proposal # RFP-21-045 shown on the front of the envelope in which the proposal is submitted. The City of Englewood assumes no responsibility for unmarked envelopes being considered for the award. An authorized company representative is required to sign in ink on the proposal. If City offices are closed due to inclement weather, an amendment will be issued with a new date, time and address of the proposal opening.
