IFB-05-120 - Inca Street Landscape Improvements

Summary of Specifications:
The City of Englewood is soliciting proposals from qualified firms that are interested in performing landscaping and design services for the Englewood Parks and Recreation Department. The project is located south of Hampden on Inca Street, Englewood, CO 80110. 

The intent of this Invitation for Bid is to update the landscaping in an area of approximately 2329 sq. ft. southeast of the Burger King. Included in this IFB is the Inca Street median running from the back exit of the Burger King to South Jason Street. The approximate area of the median is 690 sq. ft. The design should be kept relatively simple, low maintenance, be aesthetically pleasing and site appropriate. 

The vendor selected may be required to execute an Agreement for services depending on the scope of services submitted.
