Summary of Specifications:
The City of Englewood’s objective is to hire a qualified and competent Contractor to provide all labor, materials and equipment necessary for parking area improvements and landscaping adjacent to the new Pretreatment Office (Building 1A), including demolition, excavation, grading, construction of aggregate base, curb and gutter, asphalt pavement as detailed in the scope of work, specifications and drawings included as part of this Invitation to Bid.
