ITB-06-129 - Safety Services Boiler Removal and Replacement

Summary of Specifications:
In recent years the City improved heating and cooling at Safety Services Police/Fire Complex by upgrading to a modern HVAC system and no longer requires the use of the large boiler system. The work requires the removal and disposal of the current equipment, replacement of new smaller boiler units and all associated work as required in the attached drawings labeled M1.1 and M2.1. The work will require cut up and removal of the current boiler, removal of abandon water heater, condenser, water pumps, associated pipes and ductwork through a standard size single entry door. The successful Contractor will be responsible for all electrical wiring and hookup associated the demolition of existing equipment and installation of the new equipment
