The proposal and fee must be submitted via email or on flash drive as specified in the introduction of this RFP. File format shall be in .pdf and the proposal and fee shall be submitted as separate .pdf files on the email or flash drive.
The proposal body (Parts 1, 2, and 3) must not exceed 5 total pages (8½ × 11 inch with 1-inch or greater margins; up to one page of the total page count may be 11 x 17-inch tri-fold format; each double-sided page counts as two pages), excluding the transmittal letter, index or table of contents, front and back covers, title pages/separation tabs, draft agreement acknowledgement form, and appendix.
A font similar in size to or larger than Calibri eleven-point (11-pt) shall be used.
