SOQ-05-111 - Statement of Qualifications - Englewood Parks Master Plan

Summary of Specifications:
The City of Englewood will accept “Statements of Qualifications” from design professionals interested in providing professional planning and design services for the Englewood Parks and Recreation Department Master Plan. The purpose of this solicitation is to identify qualified design professionals that would qualify for this project. No reimbursement will be made by the City for any costs incurred prior to a formal “Notice to Proceed”. The ultimate objective is to assess and provide analysis of the current condition of the City of Englewood’s Park facilities, community needs, and the development of an updated Parks & Recreation Master Plan. 

The attachment labeled “Recreation Facilities” is a pdf file of park locations. The document has been set to print on a standard engineering plotter due to size.
