Description

The City of Englewood is requesting proposals for Engineering Design Services to perform necessary preliminary public outreach and education, preliminary design tasks and development of final construction plans & specifications that facilitate the construction of W. Dartmouth Ave Multimodal Safety Improvements Project. This project is funded through a Federal Highway Safer Main Street Initiatives (SMS) grant and will be subjected to the CDOT local agency process. All work is to be done in conformance with the requirements Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) the Manual of Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD) and the City of Englewood Design and Construction Standards and Specifications.

Bidders are asked to mark the bid envelope “ W. Dartmouth Ave Multimodal Safety Improvements – Engineering Design Services " in the lower left hand corner with the Proposal # RFP-21-063 shown on the front of the envelope in which the proposal is submitted. Proposals will be received at the office of the Purchasing Division, 1000 Englewood Parkway, Englewood, Colorado 80110-1407. The City of Englewood assumes no responsibility for unmarked envelopes being considered for the award. An authorized company representative is required to sign in ink on the proposal. If City offices are closed due to inclement weather, an amendment will be issued with a new date, time and address of the proposal opening.
BIDDERS MUST SUBMIT PROPOSALS ON THE ATTACHED BID PROPOSAL FORM AND SUBMIT TWO (2) HARD COPIES AND ONE ELECTRONIC COPY FOR EVALUATION PURPOSES. ELECTRONIC COPY TO procurement@englewoodco.gov
