Summary of Specifications:
SCOPE OF SERVICES The scope of services consists of two phases. The first phase is intended to revise the damage assessment, scope of repairs and improvements and cost estimates. This phase is also intended to provide cost estimates needed by the City to revise PW 302. Because FEMA will not fund the cost to restore temporary road base installed after the 2013 flood and new damage caused by the May-June 2015 flood, these costs must be estimated separately. Also, the City desires to re-evaluate potential hazard mitigation work to prevent future flood damage. The second phase of the consultant’s work will be to prepare construction documents, specifications and final costs estimates to competitively bid work identified in phase one.
