Summary of Specifications:
Bids will be received by the City Clerk at 1100 37th Street, Evans, Colorado, until 11:00 A.M. on April 29, 2015 at which time said bids will be publicly opened in the City Clerk's Office.
A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held for this project at the Evans WWTF 3323 1st Avenue, Evans Colorado on April 15, 2015 at 10:00 A.M.
This project consists of repair to restore the Evans Wastewater Treatment Facility to pre flood conditions. Work included in the project includes but is not limited to: repair and replacement of the Lab/Office building interior including flooring, drywall, casework, painting, replacement of doors, bathroom repairs and replacement of fixtures, laboratory casework, etc.; repairs to the Lab/Office building exterior including removal and replacement of the exterior sheeting; repairs to the Headworks building including cleaning of valves, replacement of overhead door opener(s), and replacement of other electrical items, etc.; repairs the Chlorine building; replacement of a garden shed; site grading; conductor replacement for the lagoon aeration system; site electrical work; supply and installation of two new lagoon aerators; repairs to a small lift station pump and other miscellaneous repairs.

All bids and work completed must be in accordance with FEMA requirements, see project specifications for more information.
The Evans City Manager reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informalities in bids, and to accept the bid that is in the best interests of the City of Evans, Colorado.
