A geotechnical consultant will be retained to perform construction material testing and pavement design as outlined in the Scope of Work (Exhibit – A). The work shall consist of professional engineering, taking samples, providing construction observation, testing, value engineering, and preparing report documents, plans, and specifications.

This contract is for a one year on an on-call basis.
