RFP-3530-12-SDH - 2012 Water Plant Solar Project

Summary of Specifications:
The City of Grand Junction currently has a 100 kW photovoltaic solar generating system installed at the City’s Water Treatment Facility and is looking to add an additional system to the facility with the goal meeting 100% of facility kilowatt hour requirements. The City is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) for turnkey engineering, procurement, and construction services for a solar generation facility with a capacity of 55 kW (DC) that will be a direct grid tie to Xcel Energy's electrical infrastructure.
