IFB-5455-24-DD - 2024 Curb, Gutter, Sidewalk Replacement Project - Phase 2

The City of Grand Junction is soliciting competitive bids from qualified and interested Contractors for all labor, equipment, and materials required to complete this Project which generally consists of removal and replacement of curb, gutter, and sidewalk at four (4) locations throughout the City to primarily address tripping hazards. The scope includes approximately 25 linear feet of concrete monolithic vertical curb, gutter, and sidewalk (5 foot wide, 4 inches thick), removal and replacement of approximately 1030 square feet of concrete sidewalk (4 inches thick), and all other necessary/incidental items required for completion of the work including but not limited to saw cutting, storm drain inlet protection, restoration of existing landscaping and grounds, erosion control, and
traffic control. All dimensions and Scope of Work shall be verified by Contractors prior to submission of bids.
