RFP-3855-14-SDH - FACILITY CONDITION ASSESSMENT SERVICES

Summary of Specifications:
Mesa County, Colorado (“County”) and the City of Grand Junction, Colorado (“City”) requests proposals from professional services firms (the Vendor) for facility condition assessments and, capital planning and data collection / update software (including associated consulting/software services) as described herein to meet County’s and City’s objectives. (Note: one or both entities may make an award of this RFP, hence the use of the descriptor “County and/or City”.) In the context of this RFP, “Facility” will include the building and its Key Components. “Key Components” are systems or features of a Facility, for example, roof, HVAC, etc., and more fully described in section 4.3 herein. Facility Renewal includes all work commonly referred to as deferred maintenance, capital renewal or adaptive reuse, including repair or replacement of Key Components.
