Description

The City of Grand Junction, Colorado, is interested in receiving Proposals to select a Firm to lease and operate two City-owned golf courses. The City would also consider alternate Proposals from a Management Firm to provide professional golf course management services. The City is the owner and operator of two Golf Courses with pro-shops in Western Colorado. The City’s Golf Division within the Parks and Recreation Department administers golf operations. Pre-Proposal SITE VISITS are offered to all interested firms. Site Visits are not mandatory, but are recommended. SITE VISITS will be offered FROM FEBRUARY 1, 2018 TO FEBRUARY 9, 2018.
