Complete reconstruction of three (3) blocks of Main Street between 4th and 7th St., to include the 4th St. intersection. Major items include Unclassified Excavation: Hot Mix Asphalt, Concrete Pavement, Storm Sewer, Sanitary Sewer Main, Colored Concrete Pavement, Concrete Sidewalk, Brick Veeneer Planter Walls. Installation of a water fountain, play area, shade shelters, drinking fountains and relocation of City fiber optic cable. Reconstruction of two existing water features, installation of an interactive water feature and one new water feature. Work will include all fittings, valves, service connections, fire hydrants and additional items related to the construction of the water line
