Summary of Specifications:
The project generally consists of complete reconstruction of the south breezeway on the 500 block and the northwest breezeway on the 600 block. Major items include the installatino f new electrical panels to feed electricity to Main Street, pedestrian lighting, construction of new plant beds. 142 LF of curb and gutter, 32 SY of 3" Hot Mix Asphalt, 480 SY of 5" colored concrete, 120 SY of 8" colored concrete, 1400 SF of stucco wall surfacing and new irrigation system.
