Summary of Specifications:
A Request for Proposals (RFP) is issued by the City of Grand Junction on behalf of the Mesa County Human Resources Department. The purpose of the RFP is to obtain proposals from qualified professional firms to provide comprehensive patient care including, but not limited to, primary care, lab services, prescription drugs, wellness and disease management and worker's comp care. A pre-bid meeting will be held Wednesday, May 8, 2013 at 10:00 A.M. - 11:00 A.M. in Training Room A located in the Old Courthouse at 544 Rood Avenue, Third Floor.
