Summary of Specifications:
The purpose of this project is to upgrade the building safety at the Partners Building, located at 1169 Colorado Avenue in Mesa County in the City of Grand Junction, Colorado. The project is financed with the assistance from the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program and Private Foundations, and is subject to all Federal and State laws, regulations and requirements applicable to said programs.
