The City of Grand Junction, Colorado is interested in firms proficient in the ability to convert old microfiche files to digital for the Human Resources Division. Old personnel files are stored on microfiche. There are approximately 450,000 images. This estimation has been obtained based on one file cabinet measuring 46”H x 15”W x 18”D. There are approximately 7,056 different files holding 62-64 images per file. Digital images shall be searchable PDF/A. Please see solicitatoin document for more detail.
